Pest help for a shared building
Bring the unit, the common areas and the right property contact into the same conversation.

Start with the areas involved
List the rooms and common areas where activity has actually been seen. Identify who can authorize entry to each space. A resident report and a building-wide inspection are different scopes of work.
Access and preparation
Agree which units or service areas are included, who will provide entry and how occupants will receive relevant instructions. Do not enter restricted spaces to gather evidence.
Pest work and building repairs
Ask whether openings, leaks or refuse-storage conditions need a separate maintenance response. Confirm what the pest-control quote includes and who owns the remaining tasks.
Records and follow-up
Keep dated observations, the agreed scope and follow-up instructions together. Share only the resident information needed to coordinate the work.
